Harvard Dropout Mark Zuckerberg to get his degree. Finally!
Facebook Founder and Chairman Mark Zuckerberg was once a Harvard Student but his unconditional love for his passion cost him his degree.
Zuckerberg enrolled in Harvard College in 2002 as a member of the class of 2006. And while he was in the Second Year of his degree, he and a group of friends created a social network platform called thefacebook.com.
The website quickly gained popularity and draw the attention of investors. Then Mark dropped out of college and moved to California to rebrand the company.
Here’s what Harvard President Drew Faust said on his former student’s leadership,
“Mark Zuckerberg’s leadership has profoundly altered the nature of social engagement worldwide. Few inventions in modern times can rival Facebook in its far-reaching impact on how people around the globe interact with one another”
Mark Zuckerberg will collect his honorary degree at the Ceremony. It’s nice to finally have a degree on his resume, now he can apply for a good job.
