EW has given us the first peek at Mantis and the entire cast of Guardians of The Galaxy 2 via this concept art.

Mantis Joins The Team Officially!

This new concept art of the movie has revealed some little details about her character and the producer Jonathan Schwartz also gave us a brief idea of what this new character will be like when we finally get to see her in 2017s Guardians of The Galaxy Volume 2.

Mantis has never really experienced social interaction and everything she learns about dealing with people, she learns from the Guardians of the Galaxy, which is a very weird group to learn your social intricacies from.

Her character doesn’t know how to interact with people but she’s going to learn how to do it from Star-Lord and the rest of crazy team.

Nobody knows how to interact with Star-Lord because he’s human and also the only one any of them have ever known.

It will be fun to see how Mantis is going to be the most poorly socialized being in the galaxy, being the fact she’s a little strange from her surroundings and what makes her fit in the team is something to look forward to, on May 5, 2017.
