Beauty and The Beast opened with a bang on domestic as well as foreign box-office and the figures are improving every day. It received a $63 million opening with an average of $15,149 per screen out of 4210 screens it was released on.
Emma Watson’s Beauty and the Beast was earlier aimed at a record-breaking release and it did the same with breaking Batman v Superman’s March Box-Office record.

As you can see, there is a steep low score as compared to the opening days and it is supposed to go down as Life starring Ryan Reynolds and Jake Gyllenhaal has been released this week and would capture more of the money and screens.
However, the film is doing really good at the foreign box-office and could snatch some more money if it survives for another 2-3 weeks (which it very well could).
