Ewan McGregor’s Directorial debut has got a trailer finally and it’s a very dark family drama. This American Pastoral trailer looks really intense, especially the music score is very original.

The Trainspotting fame actor Ewan McGregor is a very busy man and is also busy in the TV series Fargo but he somehow managed to direct his first movie, American Pastoral, and his work is in front of us now (a couple of minutes actually).

The film is about a man who is considered responsible for the explosion at a convenient store. The first scene is basically about the explosion and after that, we come to know about McGregor and his family.

Dakota Fanning is playing his daughter’s role in this family crime-drama while Jennifer Connely portraying his wife. In the trailer, Connely asks McGregor where is she (their daughter) which suggests that she would be missing.
