From a few hours, #BoycottAmazon is trending on Twitter and the reason will fill most of you with anger. Amazon is in trouble now!
Amazon has been selling doormats with images of Hindu God and many Hindu Organisations are outraged with this. Amazon is still developing it’s virtue in India and is considered the world’s most promising E-Commerce website.
Even Ravindra Jadeja took to Twitter and asked others to RT and #BoycottAmazon for it’s shameful act. He tweeted –

The Hindu Organisations are asking for a ban on Amazon for showing so much disrespect and the matter is getting worse for Amazon.
Angry Indians took to social media to ask fellow users to boycott the app.
Uninstall the “Intolerant” App @amazon right away..

Well, the outrage seems to have worked and Amazon has started pulling down the products in question from the site.
Following the protest on Twitter, Amazon has been in the process of clearing out these products from it’s site.
On this serious issue Amazon India Spokesperson said in an email “We have escalated this to concerned team, for them to take appropriate action. The items you reference are no longer available for sale.”
#BoycottAmazon has been trending since early Sunday Morning and many users saying they have uninstalled the app.
